Role Overview

  • Position: Account Executive or Business Developer 
  • Locations: Grimbergen (you’ll work 2–3 days a week in our vibrant office and the rest remotely, giving you the perfect blend of flexibility and collaboration!) 
  • Type: Full-Time

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop portfolios for corporate accounts.
  • Create and nurture strong relationships with clients.
  • Identify and nurture on business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.
  • Drive growth and impact for major clients.
  • Gather information and utilise systems to track progress.
  • Build and forecast their pathway leading to performance

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong soft skills, including communication and relationship-building and desire to learn processes and new skills quickly.
  • Positive attitude and proactive mindset with an interest in business acumen
  • Ability to work smart and stay motivated, influencing stakeholders all levels
  • Experience in business development or sales is a plus.
  • Passion for creating and seizing business opportunities.
  • Right to work in the country where you apply.
  • Both fluency in Dutch and English, French is a benefit
