Insight is currently seeking a passionate, client-focused Account Manager with experience in selling technical services and solutions in a B2B setting.


You will collaborate with clients and stakeholders to generate demand for Insight's solutions and services, embed Insight as the preferred ‘partner of choice’ and advance the maturity of client engagements in accordance with the client value layer model.



  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, serving as their trusted advisor.
  • Account Growth: Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling, ensuring clients maximize the value of our solutions and services.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop account plans and strategies to achieve revenue and retention goals.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with clients to understand their needs, relay feedback to internal teams, and provide timely solutions.
  • Problem Solving: Proactively address and resolve client issues, ensuring a seamless experience.



  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluent in German & English
