Insight, is seeking a dynamic and passionate Account Manager experienced in selling technical services and solutions in a B2B setting. This role is crucial in developing and nurturing relationships with our clients to ensure their success while driving the growth of Insight’s business.

 

As an Account Manager at Insight, you will work under the guidance of the Executive Account Manager or Strategic Account Manager, collaborating with clients and stakeholders to generate demand for Insight’s solutions and services. Your focus will be on embedding Insight as the preferred ‘partner of choice’ and advancing the maturity of client engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted advisor by cultivating and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling, ensuring clients maximize the value of our solutions and services.
  • Develop and implement account plans to achieve revenue and retention goals.
  • Effectively communicate with clients to understand their needs, relay feedback to internal teams, and provide timely solutions.
  • Proactively address and resolve client issues, ensuring a seamless experience.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role, particularly in the technology sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
