Responsibilities:

• Act as a trusted advisor by cultivating and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling, ensuring clients maximize the value of our solutions and services.
• Develop and implement account plans to achieve revenue and retention goals.
• Collaborate with senior account managers and the sales manager to support client needs and drive business outcomes.
• Effectively communicate with clients to understand their needs and relay feedback to internal teams.

Skills and Experience:

• Proven track record in an inside account management or sales support role, in a technical or B2B setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly and concisely.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically to drive business growth.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Fluency in German and English is essential.
