The EMEA Services Delivery function is responsible for delivering professional and managed services to our clients across a full range of technology and software offerings, delivering a scaled, consistent client experience and methodology through four centres of excellence (COEs).

The Adoption & Change Consultant resides within the Service Design & Delivery area of EMEA Services and, specifically, within the Consulting team where they ensure that our clients end users successfully adopt technology. The consultant works closely with the client to help them adapt to new ways of working, ensuring people, systems, processes, and ways of working are established to enable optimal outputs and they experience the maximum benefits from their investment of Insight’s solutions and services. In addition, the consultant provides a methodology of change management, communication, and training expertise to land changes successfully throughout the clients’ organisation.

Role Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Meeting and presenting to customers across Europe (either travelling to their office or via video conference) from all kinds of Industries (car manufacturers, retail and housing associations etc) to discuss their business problems and promote our Adoption & Change services.
  • Design and create delivery content for customers such as draft communication plans and training plans for how that specific company could best use the technology they have purchased.
  • Training people on how to use the technology they have purchased (such as Microsoft 365 or VR equipment).
  • Working with Insight’s Sales, Project Management, Customer Success Managers, and other Adoption & Change Consultants across Europe to increase demand for Adoption & Change services and share best practices.
  • Driving change projects within Insight such as improving our adoption of technology products like Microsoft 365

Required Skills:

  • Enthusiastic and confident to present to our clients.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Works proactively and not reactively.
  • High-level analytical and organisation skills.
  • Patience when explaining their point of view or how to do something.

Desirable Skills:

  • Understanding/trained in Microsoft 365 suite of services.
  • Understanding/trained in Change Management methodologies (such as Prosci).
  • Consultancy/sales experience (in any area but preferably technology related).
