Associate Cloud Engineer

The Associate Engineer will be the front-line representative for a high value customer. Primary responsibilities will include but not be limited to initial handling, diagnosis, triage, and routing of inbound service tickets. Additional responsibilities will include documentation, coordination with internal and customer teams, working with end-users and ensuring customer satisfaction with work performed.
What you’ll do at Insight
- The Services Technician will be responsible for providing real-time response to client issues.
- Analyzes and gathers relevant information that might assist resolution of the issue.
- Performs troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Other duties as assigned.
What you’ll need to join Insight
General Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in Microsoft Azure technical support, administration, client handling, ticket management, remote troubleshooting.
- At least 1 year of experience in Microsoft 365 technical support, administration, client handling, ticket management, remote troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow including but not limited to incident and request management.
- Able to thrive in an environment characterized by rapidly changing requirements and an ongoing focus on meeting operational objectives.
- Completely fluent in verbal and written English communication.
- Able to successfully manage multiple priorities.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Strong commitment to company values and operating principles.
- Familiarization of/and experience Microsoft Office suite.

- Meet the minimum qualifications and requirements of the position.
- Have completed twelve (12) months service in their current position.
- Not be under a disciplinary evaluation or suspension period.
- Have satisfactory performance in their current position.
- Have their current manager/supervisor recommendation.
