Associate Infrastructure Technician

Location: The role will be an onsite position located in Bloomington, Minnesota.

About the role

As an Associate Infrastructure Technician you will:

• Printer consumable replacement (toner, fuser, etc.)
• Asset Disposal activities
• Conference Room checks
• Delivery and installation of devices and peripheral to end-user deck (PC, docking station, monitor, etc.)
• Device imaging (patch, security, application, data)
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Perform assignments as directed.
• Provides timely and accurate updates to the clients ITSM ticketing system
• Effective time management skills required. 
• Excellent decision making and problem-solving skills required. 
• Ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience in a clear and coherent manner required. 
• Ability to work in an environment that may be occasionally stressful when assisting clients on site required. 
• Strong communication skills required. 
• Superior customer service focus required.

• Previous experience in a service desk or help desk role is a plus, as it demonstrates familiarity with IT support processes and customer service.
