About the role

Leadership: The Manager for this role is Jo Pettit. Jo is based in Brisbane and is the Team Leader for Optimisation and Governance.  Jo has a wealth of experience in Software Licensing and SAM Consulting. She values team culture and enjoyment while ensuring excellent service delivery to our clients

 

As a SAM Consultant, you will manage all aspects of SAM delivery to our clients from SAM baselines, optimisation, procurement services and processes. We will count on you to play a pivotal role towards the successful growth of the New Zealand client base. Along the way, you will get to:

 

  • Drive client workshops, create reports and present results, analysis and recommendations
  • Deliver against paid consulting hours for Software Asset Management best practice support and advice
  • Drive SAM processes and implement maturity improvement initiatives into our SLS client base
  • Work with the wider team to continue to develop and grow Azure and Cloud Optimization/Cost Management Services
  • Engage with the Sales Team and their clients to help articulate the value of SAM and Licensing Optimisation

What we’re looking for

 

  • Experience in Software Asset Management
  • Experience working with Snow and Flexera
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft licensing programs
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with internal and external customers and other stakeholders
  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision
