Desktop Support Technician
Location: This role is fully onsite in our Austin, TX office.
Now is the time to bring your expertise to this role for a Fortune 500 Solutions Integrator where success and fulfillment go hand in hand. You will be at the forefront of helping businesses transform their cloud, data, AI, cybersecurity, and analytics to ensure they are future-ready.
As a Desktop Support Technician with Insight, you will be the technical escalation point for the Level 1 Service Desk and onsite support users. We will count on you to have a high level of technical proficiency and be an individual with executive presence and good communication skills. Must quickly and effectively diagnose, and resolve issues related to Citrix VDI Windows based environment, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and video conferencing. Along the way, you will be developing and managing a broad range of technical IT projects.
