Salary: Dependent on experience; range is $90,000 to $150,000 a year plus full benefits
As a Supervisor of Delivery Manager, you’ll lead large, complex program onboardings, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.

About the role
As a Supervisor of Services, you will provide senior level delivery management for a wide variety of large and complex program onboardings to achieve successful completion and delivery of projects within scope, schedule and budget. We will count on you to own the overarching toll gate process and oversee the progress of the implementation engineers. Along the way, you will get to:
- Own all program onboarding timelines, implementations and due dates
- Align cross functional gaps across the organization with support from the SME’s
- Responsible for all executive level summaries and risk reports by partnering with the implementation team for completed staff works
- Assist departmental leadership on complex solution design for client onboarding

Team Leadership & Supervision
- Provide direct supervision and performance management for a team of 6 Exchange Engineers, located both remotely and in Bangalore.
- Oversee the Active Directory (AD) Team, including 3 onsite engineers, ensuring operational excellence and adherence to security and compliance standards.
- Manage and collaborate with a managed Storage Team, aligning storage strategy and operations with organizational needs.
- Foster a culture of accountability, continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and high-quality deliverables across all technical functions.
Technical Strategy & Execution
- Lead, plan, and execute major Microsoft technology rollouts, migrations, and modernization initiatives.
- Demonstrate strong familiarity with the Microsoft product ecosystem and roadmap, ensuring solutions align with future capabilities and industry best practices.
- Coordinate cross-functional engineering teams to meet aggressive timelines and critical project deadlines.
- Drive standards for system reliability, scalability, and security across Exchange, AD, and storage platforms.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for client-side stakeholders, application owners, and executive leadership.
- Deliver clear, concise, and compelling executive-level presentations on technical roadmaps, project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Influence client stakeholders and internal teams with data-driven recommendations, fostering alignment across diverse groups.
- Build strong relationships with business partners to anticipate needs and proactively address operational or strategic challenges.
Operational Excellence
- Oversee daily operations, incident resolution, root cause analysis, and long-term remediation planning for messaging, identity, and storage environments.
- Ensure adherence to SLAs, compliance, governance, and risk management frameworks.
- Optimize workflows, automation, documentation, and cross-team collaboration to elevate service quality and efficiency
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of project management experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Must have experience in Data Centers, Microsoft Storage, Microsoft Exchange, and Microsoft Active Directory.
- Financial industry experience
- Excellent organizational, communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Suite: Outlook, Excel, Word, Visio, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Project
- Strong analytical skills including data extraction, organization, interpretation, and executive‑level presentation
