About the role

The Learning Specialist designs and delivers training programmes, conducts learning needs analysis, evaluates programme effectiveness, and continuously reviews the talent offering to ensure that it is up to date, relevant, and aligned to Insight’s strategic goals and objectives. Under the guidance of the Talent Development Leads and Partners, the specialist provides support to individuals, teams, functions and specific geographies where appropriate, with the overall aim of delivering against the companies globally agreed goals and metrics.  

Along the way, you will get to:

  • Deliver all necessary courses in line with business needs including induction, sales, systems, and technology training.  
  • Use appropriate delivery style and medium to support and enhance the effectiveness of the training message.  
  • Adapt material and sessions according to the audience experience and expectations.  
  • Tailor communication style to meet the needs of all delegates.

What we’re looking for

  • Minimum  4-5 Years of experience required. 
  • Experience in Learning & Development, including designing and delivering training programs.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and learning‑creation tools like Articulate/Rise 360.
  • Proven ability to run the full learning cycle, including needs analysis, creating evaluation tools, and measuring ROI.
