Location: Delhi NCR, Hyderabad. Bangalore. The role will be a hybrid position located in India.

About the role

Software Lifecycle Services (SLS) Team operates within Service Delivery function and is an integral part of LCS. SLS provides the technical delivery and analysis to support LCS advisory projects and run Software Asset Management (SAM) related managed services. SAM is a set of proven IT practices that unite people, processes, and technology to control and optimize the use of software across an organization. SAM helps control costs as well as manage business and legal risks, optimize software licensing investments, and align IT with business needs.

As a SLS - Sr. Mgr Manager you will:

• Manage and motivate the team, to promote teammate satisf action through mentoring, development, and career planning; creating a high performing team with a strong succession benchmark, enabling career progression.
• Responsible for overall delivery of SLS activities on projects and managed services.
• Support an ongoing increase in the teams overall commercial awareness and professionalism.
• Act as an escalation point for managed services clients across the SLS business.
• Support local LCS Managers and Sales Solution Specialists to scope and position SLS related services.
• Where appropriate, perform quality assurance reviews and/or provide approvals to release deliverables, either internally or to clients.     

What we’re looking for

• Educated to degree level or can demonstrate equivalent work experience
• High level of written and spoken English
• Fully conversant with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
• Demonstrable experience of working with a variety of IT tools (e.g. Microsoft SCCM, ServiceNow or SQL scripting)
• Fluent in an additional European language
• Charismatic, personable, and motivational
