About the Role
We are growing our Microsoft+ Solutions practice and are seeking an Business Analyst Consultant to support product and solution delivery across Modern Workplace, Data & AI, Applications & Integration, and Cloud Infrastructure engagements. In this client‑facing role, you will translate business needs into actionable requirements, refine and maintain backlogs, and ensure teams are aligned on scope, priorities, and expected outcomes.
This role is ideal for a collaborative, detail‑oriented analyst who is passionate about delivery excellence and eager to grow into future product ownership responsibilities.

What our Business Analyst Consultans Do

Product Implementation & Delivery Support

  • Partner with Technical Architects and client stakeholders to validate product vision and confirm delivery priorities.
  • Refine, maintain, and enhance product backlogs as client needs and technical constraints evolve.
  • Write and clarify user stories and acceptance criteria under guidance from Senior Product Owners and Technical Architects.
  • Support and help facilitate requirement‑elicitation sessions to ensure clear understanding of business and technical needs.
  • Collaborate with architects and technical leads to confirm feasibility and alignment to client goals.
  • Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) by clarifying requirements, validating delivered components, and capturing feedback.
  • Communicate delivery status clearly to stakeholders, ensuring full transparency throughout the engagement lifecycle.

Internal Collaboration & Product Leadership

  • Serve as a liaison between client stakeholders and delivery teams to maintain alignment on requirements and priorities.
  • Provide backlog and requirement clarification as needed during execution.
  • Partner with senior Product Owners and Technical Architects to identify opportunities for process improvement, innovation, or enhancement using emerging tools and AI‑enabled capabilities.
  • Contribute to practice development by sharing best practices, documentation, and templates with peers.

Must‑Have Skills

  • 2–3 years of Business Analyst experience in consulting, enterprise, or technology delivery settings.
  • Strong elicitation and interviewing ability; naturally asks clarifying questions and drives conversations forward.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to maintain structured, well‑documented requirements and backlogs.
  • Flexibility and adaptability across varying client expectations and environments.
  • Experience writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and supporting Agile processes.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Experience with requirements management tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps (ADO).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Preferred Skills

  • Exposure to digital transformation initiatives (cloud, data & AI, modern workplace, app development).
  • Familiarity with UAT, cloud platforms, data projects, or AI‑based tooling.
  • Prior consulting experience.
  • Industry experience in environments known for strong BA development (insurance, financial services, structured training programs).

Salary Range - $100,000 - $105,000
