Data Engineer (BI Developer)

What We Need:

• ETL Expertise: You're a pro at Extracting, Transforming, and Loading (ETL) data. You've got a track record of building, testing, and maintaining ETL processes that run like a well-oiled machine.
• SQL Guru: SQL is your second language. You wield it with ease, using it to query, manipulate, and extract insights from data.
• Power BI and DAX Master: You're no stranger to Power BI and Azure Analysis Services. Writing DAX is your thing, and you can create visually compelling reports and models with ease.
• Python Wizardry: Python isn't just a snake to you; it's a powerful tool in your data engineering arsenal. You've used Python to tackle data challenges and create solutions that work.

What You'll Do:

• Design and build ETL processes that ensure our data is always accessible, accurate, and up-to-date.
• Collaborate with our data team to understand their needs and deliver data solutions that meet those needs.
• Optimize dataflows between source systems and our data lake/warehouse for maximum efficiency.
• Craft and maintain SQL queries that extract valuable insights from our data.
• Create visually stunning reports and models using Power BI and Azure Analysis Services, writing DAX code as needed.
