About the role

 

As a Practice Manager, you will be a member of the leadership team, responsible for team management and operational excellence for our Data & AI services practice. You will have input into the development of the practice strategy and execute on a practice business plan that aligns to the broader company plans and vision for the future. We will count on you to maintain high teammate and client satisfaction, live our values, and lead by example. Along the way you will be involved in:

  • Business Leadership: Execute the business plan for the Practice including 'Go to Market', Sales & Marketing plan, & Financial plan.
  • Delivery Management: People Management, capacity planning, team utilization, up-skilling
  • Vendor and client engagement
  • Managing the development of statements of work (SOWs) and associated change control processes.
  • Project-facing activity such as pre-sales, quality assurance, managing escalations and assisting Project Managers to drive projects

What we’re looking for

 

  • Previous experience managing a Data & AI Practice within a Professional Services organization, managing all aspects of a services business including P&L.
  • Extensive team leadership and people management experience.
  • Demonstrated experience managing partners and senior stakeholders.
  • Technical background in AI, Data & Analytics.
  • Strong business and commercial acumen.
