The Campaign Operations Specialist is responsible for monitoring the operations of campaigns across EMEA. In conjunction with the Campaign Manager, they drive the end-to-end development and execution of impactful, efficient, and effective marketing campaigns, evaluate success, identify areas for improvement, and ensure compliance in our marketing efforts.

The Campaign Operations Specialist is responsible for monitoring the operations of campaigns across EMEA. In conjunction with the Campaign Manager, they drive the end-to-end development and execution of impactful, efficient, and effective marketing campaigns, evaluate success, identify areas for improvement, and ensure compliance in our marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create scalable processes to ensure best practices in campaign setup, testing, conversion, and reporting, proactively identifying gaps and opportunities in campaign plans for optimisation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to create and deliver highly targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Provide operational support to the Campaign Manager to ensure effective execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Perform tests and ensure precision in campaign implementation, and also recommend changes and modifications to optimise campaign success.
  • Coordinate campaigns by ensuring tracking is in place, the campaign is communicated to all stakeholders, and all campaign deliverables are actioned on time and accurately.
  • Ensure alignment with other areas of Marketing on timing, content, and brand.

 

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working in a Marketing or related professional role in a B2B organisation
  • Previous campaign management and project management experience
  • Demonstrated proficiency with a marketing automation tool, a CRM, and or CMS
  • Capable of using data to measure campaigns and to make recommendations to improve performance
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use data to back up assumptions and assess the success of marketing programs
  • Experience in managing data for the purposes of marketing operations
  • An ability to create and follow process specifications, including detailed QA
