Vehere Business Development Manager
Location: This role is onsite at our HQ in Chandler, AZ from a hyrbid capacity.
Compensation: There is a base plus bonus component tied to this role at market value.
As the Vehere Business Development Manager at Insight, you proactively drive collaboration between Insight sales teams and Vehere to identify, develop, and close mutually profitable opportunities across all sales segments. You are responsible for accelerating Vehere’s growth at Insight through targeted go-to-market programs, partner enablement, and sales execution focused on network detection and response (NDR) and network forensics solutions. Success is achieved through the development and execution of Vehere-specific product marketing initiatives aligned to Insight’s business units, sales motions, and customer segments. Your goals are supported by competitive positioning relative to alternative NDR vendors, pricing strategies, portfolio alignment, and field engagement.

About the role
As a Partner Business Development Manager, you will serve as the primary liaison between Insight and Vehere, strengthening the partnership through joint planning, enablement, and field‑driven programs. You will drive awareness and adoption of Vehere’ Network Detection and Response as well as Network Forensics portfolio. Along the way you will:
Sell
- Partner with inside and field sales to identify, qualify, and progress Vehere opportunities, with a focus on net‑new logos, competitive displacement, and expansion within existing NDR environments.
- Meet sales and activity performance goals, including weekly pipeline reporting by opportunity.
- Prepare and communicate monthly summaries highlighting wins, losses, competitive inhibitors, and new opportunity creation.
Communicate
- Maintain a strong, ongoing communication cadence with Insight sales leadership and Vehere stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities, pipeline health, and execution.
- Facilitate regular touchpoints, including deal strategy sessions, account planning, and virtual or in‑person meetings with sales teams.

What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s Degree from a 4‑year college or university.
- 5–7+ years of related professional experience in business development, partner management, or sales.
- 5+ years of IT Cybersecurity enterprise sales experience with strong knowledge of SOC (Security Operations) and threat detection and response ecosystems.
- Proven ability to influence and enable sales teams through partner-focused programs, field engagement, and executive communication.
