As an Exchange Online / On Prem (CE), you’ll get to:

What you will need to succeed:

• Technical experience with on-premises infrastructures, architecture designs, deployment, troubleshooting, and technology management
• 5+ years’ project experience in architecture designs, deployment, troubleshooting, and technology management
• Self-reliant and strong team player, working in a fast-paced environment where technology and customers' requirements can change regularly
• Understanding of Microsoft’s Modern IT Architecture and Strategy
• PowerShell\Scripting experience
• Deep understanding of Active Directory Architecture 2008/2016, Exchange Server architecture 2010\2013\2016, and Exchange Online
• Designing & implementing services of MS Exchange server (2010, 2013, 2016, 2019) such as High availability (DAG), Public Folders, Mail Flow, Disaster Recovery, Managed Availability, Messaging Policies, Compliance, Configuring Reporting & Logging, Mailbox migrations both on-prem and cloud
• Experience in assessing Exchange Servers, health checks of existing solutions, providing best practice recommendations, guidance on clients, and supporting customers on their operations in Exchange environments which includes change, release, performance, and availability management
• Deep understanding of SMTP, Failover Clustering, and successfully planning, deploying, operating, and optimizing on-premises environments.
