Position Overview

The Artificial Intelligence Innovation Advisor will serve as a senior expert for the adoption and effective use of AI technologies across the organization. In this role you will shape AI strategy, identify transformative opportunities, and guide the integration of AI technologies into business processes to achieve measurable results.

What you’ll do at Insight

Strategic AI Advisory

  • Serve as the primary subject matter expert on AI adoption, trends, and enterprise applications.
  • Advise senior leadership on AI opportunities, risks, and competitive advantages.
  • Contribute to the development of the company’s AI vision, priorities, and roadmap.

Opportunity Identification & Solution Design

  • Collaborate with business units to identify high-value AI use cases that improve efficiency, decision-making, and customer experience.
  • Evaluate and recommend AI tools, platforms, and vendors that align with business goals and compliance requirements.
  • Design adoption strategies and integration plans for AI solutions.

Enablement & Change Influence

  • Lead the creation of AI best practices, governance guidelines, and ethical use frameworks.
  • Develop and deliver training, workshops, and enablement resources for employees at all levels.
  • Act as a change champion to foster a culture of innovation and responsible AI use.

Performance & Impact Measurement

  • Define success metrics for AI initiatives and track adoption, performance, and ROI.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to refine AI strategies over time.

 

What you’ll need to join Insight

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience. 
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in technology adoption, digital transformation, innovation, or related fields, with significant experience in AI or automation initiatives.
  • Proven track record of leading high-impact AI or emerging technology projects as a senior contributor.
  • Deep understanding of AI capabilities, limitations, and ethical considerations.
  • Strong ability to influence and collaborate with executive stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
  • Experience establishing governance frameworks and best practices for emerging technologies.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and articulate business value from AI initiatives.
