About the role
Provides direction in all aspects of Real Estate, Facility Operations, and Security Services for Insight’s headquarters in Chandler, AZ as well as other regionally assigned locations. The functional areas of responsibility include: real estate management, facility maintenance, engineering, and operations, space planning, mail room services, visitor experience, and oversight of physical security services. Along the way, you will get to:
- Lead and Oversee Real Estate, Facilities, and Physical Security Operations
- The role provides direction across real estate management, facility maintenance, engineering, operations, space planning, mail room services, visitor experience, and physical security for headquarters and regional locations.
- Develop and Implement Facility, Security, and Emergency Policies & Programs
- Responsibilities include establishing facility and physical security policies, ensuring regulatory compliance (OSHA/ADA), developing emergency shutdown and evacuation procedures, and overseeing safety programs in collaboration with HR and safety teams.
- Manage Physical Security Strategy, Systems, and Incident Response
- The role develops and implements security strategy, manages security technologies (access control, surveillance, intrusion detection), oversees incident response and investigations, and partners with federal, state, and local officials on security and incident management
What you’ll need to join Insight
- Requires either a high school diploma with 5–10 years of experience, a bachelor’s degree with 2–4 years of experience, or a master’s degree with 3 years of experience.
- Includes five years of central plant maintenance experience and five years in a specialty or related field, along with the ability to interpret technical procedures and regulations.
- Must be able to lead teams, communicate effectively, manage change, build relationships, and solve complex problems with strong analytical and organizational skills.
