Marketing Digital Automation Coordinator

As a Digital Marketing Coordinator for the Technology Digital Marketing and Operations team at Insight, you will be responsible for assisting with email marketing campaigns, campaign setups, digital data management, and various digital marketing-related tasks to help meet campaign deadlines. You will help with the execution of email setups, advertising setups, passing leads to our CRM and reporting. 


Additionally, you will work with various teams within the Technology team to support our campaign goals. You will work with a cross-functional team to effectively problem solve and learn B2B digital marketing strategies. This role is for someone who is passionate about learning digital marketing and growing their skills. 


As a Project Coordinator, you will:  

  • Immerse yourself in Insight’s marketing processes from day one, and begin to understand team structure and responsibilities that align to digital marketing tasks  

  • Setup and send email marketing campaigns (including drip and nurture) in Marketo 

  • Manage target lists and audiences for email campaigns 

  • Become a subject matter expert on digital marketing processes 

  • Drive execution of digital marketing tasks while meeting key timelines  

  • Help pull digital marketing data and provide feedback on campaign performance 

  • Learn how marketing leads are passed and processed and help with related tasks 

  • Work with cross-functional marketing team to gather needed information to complete tasks 

  • Attend meetings regarding digital marketing initiatives and goals

  • BS/BA in Business, Marketing or other related field 

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in marketing  

  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft suite of collaboration tools (Outlook, Teams, Sharepoint, etc.) 


Digital marketing execution skills 

  • Demonstratable knowledge and interest in digital marketing  

  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills 

  • Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 

  • Ability to communicate with project-stakeholders and maintain strong relationships with the teams you support 

  • Attention to detail even when under pressure 

Results oriented/Decision-making  

  • Create and meet deadlines while managing time efficiently in a fast-paced environment 

  • Ability to work cross functionally with teams to achieve deliverables.  

  • Ability to pivot plans when needed to meet desired goals.

Preferred experience 


  • Previous email marketing experience preferred  

  • Experience working in matrixed organizations is a plus 

  • Experience and knowledge of marketing and email marketing software such as Marketo, Eloqua, Hubspot, MailChimp, etc. is a plus
