Insight is looking for an energetic, motivated self-starter that has a passion for technology and can translate the capabilities of a global solutions integrator into GTM messaging and positioning. This position requires a combination of strong technical, marketing skills, project/program management, and knowledge of the technology landscape. 

Job Role and Responsibilities: 

Insight’s portfolio marketing team is looking for a senior marketing specialist to support our services GTM efforts. This role will play a pivotal role in translating product and service features into customer benefits, address customer pain points through solutions and differentiate Insight from competitors. This will support the development and launch of new offerings, create compelling client collateral, and drive the completion of projects. We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional internal customer service, is highly organized with attention to detail, and has strong project management skills.  

 

  • Work with internal stakeholders and external agencies on creating collateral to support our services including battlecards, solution briefs, web pages, presentations, etc. 

  • Developing compelling messaging to communicate the Insight’s value proposition to prospects 

  • Contribute to the development of strategic marketing plans through market research, competitive analysis, customer engagement, and business planning 

  • Manage marketing projects through the creative team and expanded marketing teams, including but not limited to graphic design, content writers, video, web design, etc.  

  • Maintain project management tool, Workfront, by continuously optimizing team’s workflows. 

  • Exhibit dedication to learning Insight’s brand standards and uphold them when you see a potential concern in completed work.  

  • Comfortable communicating with engineers, architects and developers and bridging the gap between technical capabilities and client offerings  

  • Lead the project management of multiple programs simultaneously 

  • Communicate internally and with external partners on progress of initiatives, strategy, and results.  

 

What we need /Desired qualifications:  

  • 2-5 years’ experience in a marketing, communications, project management or similar role 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or technology related.  

  • Strong project management skills, with experience in managing multiple tasks of varying difficulty and complexity 

  • Can effectively communicate using all available channels to teammates, cross-functional groups and management 

  • Ability to understand technical terminology and translate into client messaging  

  • Self-starter with the ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines; Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments 

  • Tenacious problem-solver with strong critical-thinking and researching skills 

  • Computer skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
