Partner Specialist, Otter and Kingston

 

Location: This is a hybrid position in Chandler, AZ.

Insight is seeking a Partner Specialist to support our Otter and Kingston business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing product expertise, managing operations, and executing marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth for Otter and Kingston across all sales segments.
  • Identify and Pursue New Opportunities: Actively seek out and develop new business opportunities to expand the customer base and increase market share within Otter and Kingston’s vertical market segments.
  • Build and Maintain Strong Relationships: Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with key customers and partners, ensuring long-term growth and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with internal teams to develop and execute sales plans and programs that align with business objectives, driving success across Insight’s business.

Product Expertise

  • Master Otter and Kingston Products: Develop a deep understanding of Otter and Kingston’s products and solutions, enabling effective positioning to customers and partners.
  • Stay Updated with Industry Trends: Keep abreast of industry trends and changes to provide expert advice and recommendations to customers, ensuring Otter and Kingston remain competitive and relevant.
  • Collaborate on New Product Opportunities: Work closely with Otter and Kingston to identify new product opportunities, providing valuable feedback on product performance and customer needs.

Operations Management

  • Oversee Daily Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of the Otter and Kingston business, including order management, inventory management, and logistics, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Streamline Processes: Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement process improvements that streamline operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Own the Sales Pipeline: Manage and provide sales reporting, including both proactive opportunities you’ve developed and reactive opportunities you’ve been asked to assist with.

Marketing Support

  • Drive Marketing Initiatives: Support and contribute to marketing strategies that promote Otter and Kingston’s products and solutions, working closely with the marketing team to develop compelling collateral, campaigns, and events.
  • Create Impactful Sales Presentations: Aid in creating and delivering persuasive sales presentations and proposals that resonate with customers and drive sales growth.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor's degree in business, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
  • Understanding of the IT industry and market trends.
  • Experience in selling IT solutions, products, and services.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
