As a Fortune 500 Solutions Integrator with deep expertise in cloud, data, AI, cybersecurity, and intelligent edge, we guide organisations through complex digital decisions.
About the role
Are you a master at turning big ideas into actionable results?
As a Strategist, you will orchestrate complex, high-value Strategy Engagements that help organizations define their vision, align their leaders, and chart a clear path from concept to execution. You’ll synthesize diverse perspectives into a unified strategy and create multi-phase roadmaps that deliver measurable business outcomes. This is a role for a strategic thinker, skilled facilitator, and trusted advisor who thrives in high-impact engagements and knows how to bridge strategy with delivery readiness.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will own end-to-end delivery of Strategy Engagements, ensuring stakeholder alignment, actionable roadmaps, and cohesive deliverables that position clients for successful execution. You will partner with cross-functional teams, manage engagement momentum, and serve as the primary point of contact for both internal and client stakeholders.
Execution of Strategy Engagements (Client-Facing)
- Facilitate strategic workshops with executives and key stakeholders to uncover and synthesize a unified vision.
- Align stakeholders on priorities, outcomes, and a clear path forward.
- Develop a “now, next, later” multi-phase strategic roadmap that delivers measurable value in the short term while enabling sustainable long-term transformation.
- Lead requirements discovery sessions to capture detailed business and technical needs, translating findings into actionable backlogs or functional requirements.
- Map and assess current and target state processes to recommend improvements and leverage technology where it adds measurable value, while defining ownership and establishing clear product boundaries within the larger solution.
- Identify and validate measurable value areas with the client, supporting ROI calculations and articulating the business case for recommended solutions.
- Produce cohesive, client-ready deliverables — including Executive Summary decks, functional requirements, and roadmaps — that tell a compelling narrative from vision to execution readiness.
- Drive engagements toward signed Statements of Work (SOW) for Implementation or Managed Services follow-on, ensuring scope clarity, delivery viability and alignment with the strategic roadmap.
Internal Leadership & Team Orchestration
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the engagement, owning scheduling, facilitation, and coordination from pre-planning through final delivery.
- Orchestrate contributions from technical architects, subject matter experts, and practice leaders to ensure cohesive solution recommendations.
- Review and integrate inputs from multiple team members into a unified, client-ready narrative that meets strategic and technical quality standards.
- Identify and address risks or blockers early, engaging the right resources to resolve them and maintain engagement momentum.
- Partner with Sales and Sales Operations to ensure smooth handoff from pre-sales to delivery, and provide insights that strengthen follow-on proposals and client relationships.
- Contribute to practice development by sharing lessons learned, best practices, and thought leadership with peers, and mentor junior team members when appropriate.
- Identify opportunities to optimize engagement execution through process improvements, innovative methodologies, and emerging technologies — including AI-enabled tools where applicable.
What we’re looking for
You are a natural facilitator, a translator between business and technology, and a trusted advisor to executives. You thrive in ambiguity, bring structure to complex problems, and inspire confidence in both clients and teammates. You balance strategic vision with practical execution, and you are curious and forward-thinking — always seeking ways to improve execution through innovative approaches, tools, and emerging technologies, including AI where they add measurable value.
