About the role  

 

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of end user training for SAP implementation and transformation projects. This role will work closely with project leadership, training leads, functional teams, business stakeholders, instructors, and end users to build and maintain a comprehensive training schedule, coordinate training logistics, track attendance, manage communications, and help ensure learners are prepared for go-live. 

We will count on you to:  

  • Develop, maintain, and communicate the end user training schedule for SAP project teams, business stakeholders, instructors, and learners 

  • Partner with training leads, functional teams, change management, project management, and business representatives to confirm learner audiences, course assignments, delivery dates, and training dependencies 

  • Coordinate training logistics including instructor availability, learner registration, classroom or virtual meeting setup, materials distribution, system access, training environments, and session capacity 

  • Create and manage training calendars, session rosters, attendance trackers, waitlists, reminders, and completion reports 

  • Maintain accurate learner data by role, department, location, workstream, and course assignment to support training readiness reporting 

  • Monitor attendance, training completion, no-shows, cancellations, reschedules, and open learner gaps; escalate issues as appropriate 

  • Prepare training logistics communications, including session invitations, reminders, schedule updates, learner instructions, and stakeholder status updates 

  • Support cutover and go-live readiness by ensuring the right end users are scheduled for the right SAP training at the right time 

  • Identify scheduling conflicts, resource constraints, facility limitations, technical issues, and other risks that may impact training delivery 

  • Build and maintain client and stakeholder relationships by providing responsive support, accurate information, and timely follow-up 

  • Provide ongoing status reporting, issue identification, problem solving, and training readiness updates to project leadership

What we’re looking for 

  • Proven ability to plan, coordinate, and maintain end user training schedules across multiple business areas, locations, roles, and learner groups 

  • 3+ years of experience supporting training coordination, project coordination, deployment readiness, or change management activities for major ERP or business transformation programs 

  • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience supporting SAP projects, SAP training programs, or enterprise system implementations 

  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams 

  • Strong scheduling, organization, tracking, and follow-up skills with the ability to manage multiple training workstreams at the same time 

  • Ability to collect training requirements, learner lists, role mappings, course information, instructor availability, facility details, and system access needs 

  • Experience creating and maintaining training calendars, rosters, attendance trackers, registration lists, and status reports 

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify scheduling conflicts, learner gaps, capacity issues, and logistical risks 

  • Excellent customer service, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills 

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional project team 

  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work well under pressure with competing deadlines 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

  • Professional attitude and demeanor 

  • Ability to travel nationally on a weekly basis, if required by the client or project phase
