Senior Corporate Counsel

Insight Enterprises is currently seeking an experienced Sr. Corporate Counsel transactions attorney to support domestic and international mergers & acquisitions, strategic investments, and other corporate transactions. The role will also involve preparation and review of SEC filings, public company corporate governance matters, and materials for public company Board of Directors’ meetings, management of general corporate matters as well as contract negotiation. The role will report to the General Counsel.
What You'll Need to Join Insight
- Minimum 5 years of experience at a top-tier law firm and/or in-house legal position
- Excellent written/verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with ability to draft, review and negotiate complex agreements
- Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple transactions and competing priorities in a fast-paced, fluid, and deadline-driven environment
- Ability to think strategically and give practical advice appropriately weighing legal and business objectives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Unquestionable integrity, ethics, and professionalism
- Self-starter, collaborative team player, good judgment, ability to work with limited direction, and creativity
- Entrepreneurial mindset with willingness to take ownership of projects
- Highly responsive and service-oriented attitude
- Law degree from accredited law school
- Must be qualified to practice law in the United States
