About the role
Insight is seeking a Senior Manager, Partner Management & Sales Leadership to support our HP Personal Systems business nationwide. This role combines strategic partner management with sales leadership, driving profitable revenue growth, developing Insight’s HP sales talent, and aligning initiatives to accelerate joint success with HP Inc.
As a Senior Manager, Partner and Alliances, you will:
- Lead and develop Insight’s nationwide HP PSG sales organization, empowering sales managers and sellers to achieve growth targets through coaching, enablement, and collaborative execution.
- Align closely with HP’s business units across Services, Poly, Premium, Attach, and AI initiatives to ensure Insight’s sales strategy, enablement, and execution are fully synchronized with HP’s growth priorities and evolving go-to-market focus
- Build and nurture strategic relationships with HP Inc, ensuring alignment to Insight’s business objectives within the Personal Systems Group (PSG) portfolio.
- Drive profitable revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, optimizing partner investments, and developing sales programs aligned to HP priorities.
- Develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies with HP to expand Insight’s reach, increase share, and accelerate revenue.

What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field; MBA a plus.
- 8+ years of experience in sales leadership, partner management, or alliances within the IT or technology industry.
- Proven success in leading sales teams to exceed revenue and margin goals, ideally with OEM alignment such as HP, Dell, Lenovo, or similar.
- Deep understanding of Insight’s tools, processes, and partner ecosystem to drive execution and measurable outcomes.
- Strong ability to engage with senior sales and partner executives to influence strategy and protect/grow existing accounts.
- Expertise in pipeline management, forecasting, and performance analytics..
