About the role
As a Sr. Partner Manager, you will play a vital role in representing and managing the sales, margin, and supplier reimbursement targets for our portfolio of new and emerging managed Security partners. We will count on you to support many areas of the business based on the need to accelerate growth in strategic areas. Along the way, you will get to:
- Expertly represent your assigned partners and their products and services to Insight clients and teammates through your deep industry expertise. Act as a crucial feedback loop to keep abreast of industry trends and best practices, continually building stronger relationships with assigned manufacturers. Provide valuable solutions to resolve client's business problems.
- Develop and implement pricing strategies that maximize product gross margins while still allowing us to stay competitive in the marketplace. Communicate marketing strategies and add-on sales strategies to the business to drive results. Utilize strong communication with the purchasing team, sales, and marketing to minimize inventory risk, close business deals, create successful marketing programs, and capitalize on all MDF and Co-op opportunities.
- Deliver partner initiatives, product promotions, and highly demanded product offers, bundles, and solutions to the Insight sales team. Partner closely with the vendor community to create unique products and solutions for our target markets.
- Contribute to developing and delivering sales training programs, supporting manufacture-sponsored events and sales programs.

- Focus on Cisco Networking relationship
- GTM/sales strategy development
- Collaborate with partner BUs
- Collaborate with Insight sales, marketing and solutions teams
- Sales meetings and presentations
- Create and deliver teammate enablement
- Coordination of partner engagement with Insight resources
- Internal technology evangelism
- Support marketing content development
- Sales collateral and content development
- Financial management
- Bookings and pipeline management
- Partner programs
- Investment/MOU management
- Lead or support partner engagement and strategy
- Partner acceleration programs
- Other duties as assigned
Key Responsibilities:

What we’re looking for
- 5+ years of related professional work experience and/or training.
- Bachelor's degree from a 4-year university or college or relevant experience.
