About the role

- Generate renewal and growth quotes by creating vendor quotes through web‑based partner tools, converting them into client‑facing quotes using Insight systems, and proactively producing standardized, non‑requested renewal quotes to support retention and new business opportunities.
- Prepare client‑facing documentation and reports, including inventory reports, discrepancy summaries, bids, and warranty renewal requests, by running queries and generating accurate reports from vendor and partner platforms.
- Manage operational and administrative workflows by handling incoming requests through a shared Outlook mailbox, resolving administrative and operational issues, and supporting efficient renewal processing across systems.
- Collaborate and maintain strong internal partnerships by working closely with Renewals Specialists to ensure open communication, streamlined service‑level agreements (SLAs), and a consistent, high‑quality renewal experience.
- Be AmbITious: This opportunity is not just about what you do today but also about where you can go tomorrow. When you bring your hunger, heart, and harmony to Insight, your potential will be met with continuous opportunities to upskill, earn promotions, and elevate your career.
What we’re looking for
- Education and experience: High School Diploma with 1–2 years of relevant business experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills: Proven ability to manage time effectively, prioritize multiple workloads, maintain accuracy, and meet assigned key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Analytical and technical aptitude: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business and technical procedures, regulations, and data, while producing accurate and reliable information.
- Communication and collaboration skills: Ability to clearly communicate and present information to clients, managers, and teammates, while working effectively both independently and within a cross‑functional team environment; proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications required.
