As a Services Technician with Insight, you will provide technical assistance and support for incoming inquiries and issues related to desktop hardware, software, and network-related problems. We will count on you to assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals. Along the way, you will troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, including but not limited to operating systems, network connectivity, and email systems.

As a Services Technician, you will get to:
- Actively participate in the assessment, troubleshooting and resolution of advanced level end user issues, working remotely.
- Assist Level 1 Service Desk Representatives in troubleshooting and resolving end user issues.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Be highly productive in a dynamic environment; all work is conducted over the phone and with remote PC connections
