About the role
Insight is seeking a Sr Mgr. Partner Management to support our HP Personal Systems business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving profitable revenue growth, developing product expertise, managing operations, and executing marketing strategies to achieve business objectives. Along the way, you will get to:

Build and nurture strategic relationships with HP Inc, ensuring alignment to Insight’s business objectives within the Personal Systems Group (PSG) portfolio.

Maintain strong connections with key leaders across Insight and HP, as well as appropriate leaders aligned to Insight’s key clients, to protect and grow existing business.

Drive the development of new business opportunities by identifying and leveraging HP PSG solutions that meet client needs and industry trends.

Develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies with HP to expand Insight’s reach and accelerate revenue growth.

Serve as the key liaison between Insight and HP, ensuring seamless communication and alignment across initiatives and priorities.

Collaborate with Insight’s sales, marketing, and operations teams to execute programs that maximize partner performance and client satisfaction.

Monitor performance metrics, including revenue and gross margin targets, to ensure business objectives are achieved and exceeded.

Lead efforts to identify and develop new opportunities within Insight’s client base, fostering cross-functional collaboration to create innovative solutions.

What we’re looking for

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.

8+ years of experience in partner management, alliances, or business development, with a strong track record in the IT or technology industry.

Proven ability to maintain and grow strategic partnerships, particularly with OEMs such as HP.

Strong understanding of Insight’s tools, processes, and partner ecosystems to drive performance and achieve business objectives.

Experience engaging with senior leaders to protect and grow existing accounts while driving net-new business opportunities.

Demonstrated expertise in managing budgets, forecasting, and aligning financial goals with business strategies.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across organizations.
