Title: Sr Manager of Deal Registration
Location: Chandler, AZ
Schedule: Hybrid, 2-3 days onsite
Overview
•The Senior Manager of Deal Registration is responsible for overseeing deal registration initiatives and driving value from deal registration at Insight. These initiatives include supporting the development and implementation of tools and reporting to increase exclusive special costing provided by deal registration. This position requires a strong ability to interface with key business partners and executive leadership to drive deal registration strategy across the organization. The teammate will be a part of Pre-Order Sales Support and work closely with Pricing, Partner Management (PM), IT, Sales & Client Ops to spearhead cross-functional initiatives. This position leads a dedicated team of deal registration analysts to support these responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
•Lead team responsible for the management of the deal registration process across the whole organization
•Work closely with Partner Management and regularly engage with them to understand program terms and processes
•Facilitate and manage content for deal registration team meetings and leadership discussions
•Continually identify areas for deal reg process improvement and develop strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
•Coordinate with Sales and Client Operations teams to ensure effective execution of the deal registration process
•Develop, support, and communicate deal registration reporting for leadership (e.g., on deal reg performance, ongoing assessment of deal reg strategy)
•Monitor and manage deal registration performance metrics for performance management
•Support development and implementation of deal registration training and enablement programs for Sales, Client Ops and PM teams
Position Requirements
•This position requires knowledge of B2B distribution and partner channel management. Strong skills in quantitative methods are required to drive financial value from deal registration. Exceptional strategic, analytical, and planning skills are crucial for success in this position. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required to make recommendations and to influence the organization, including sales teams. Strong teaming and collaboration skills are necessary to operate effectively across the business. The teammate must have a track record of using analytics to drive overall business results.
•Minimum requirements include:
•Degree in Business, Management Science, or Economics (advanced degrees preferred)
•Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, business development, and/or partner management
•Prior project management and direct management experience (in an analytic environment)
•Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
•Prior work in cross-functional environments, with demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with Sales and related teams
•Expertise in financial forecasting, deal registration processes, and IT channel experience
•Located in greater Phoenix area
