Senior Human Resources Manager (HR Business Partner)
Are you a strategic thinker and passionate about driving workforce solutions aligned with business strategy? We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join our dynamic team in helping us achieve our leading Solutions Integrator vision.
As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role to:
Collaborate closely with senior leaders of assigned business groups to understand their needs and align HR strategies with business objectives.
Lead and execute workforce planning initiatives to ensure the right talent is in place to support the organization's growth and success.
Provide coaching and guidance to leaders on various HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, offering insights and recommendations on organizational design, team dynamics, and talent retention.
Conduct data-driven analysis to understand HR trends and metrics, translating the insights into actionable recommendations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure HR initiatives align with business strategies and enhance overall organizational effectiveness.
Stay updated on HR industry trends and best practices, applying innovative approaches to improve HR processes and outcomes.
Build strong relationships with employees at all levels to foster a positive and collaborative work culture and helping facilitate organizational change initiatives, including restructuring and workforce planning.
Desired Qualifications:
Extensive knowledge of HR practices, principles, and laws pertaining to employee relations, talent management, and organizational development.
Experience in organizational change initiatives, including organizational design / restructuring and strategic workforce planning.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to use data to support and drive HR decision-making and communicate metrics.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to support HR decisions and communicate metrics effectively.
Proven track record of successfully partnering with senior leaders and driving HR initiatives that align with business goals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders.
Demonstrated experience in coaching and mentoring leaders to enhance their performance and leadership capabilities.
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA and/or HR certifications are preferred, demonstrating a commitment to continuous professional development.
8+ years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on HR business partnering in a complex, fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will be expected to become a certified leadership coach through the NeuroLeadership Institute, and complete an online certification in organizational design through Cornell. These certifications will be paid for by Insight.

- Have completed minimum service time in current role based on department (ranges from 6 months to 2 years) and have current manager approval.
- For Account Executives, must be in role for at least 2 years and be a Level 2
- For Client Fulfillment Center, must be in role for at least 6 months
- Unless noted above, must be in role for at least 12 months
- Not be under a disciplinary evaluation or suspension period;
- Have satisfactory performance in their current position;
- Have their current manager/supervisor recommendation
