About the role

The Senior System Analyst works with little supervision partnering with the contract lifecycle management business to identify business requirements, outlining functional and system specifications that meet business user requirements, and mapping them to system capabilities and technical solutions.  The Senior System Analyst works to improve Insight’s business processes and supports critical business strategies by recommending system designs that meet requirements and deliver value to the business.  This person will be capable of providing technical Leadership and guidance for one or multiple projects.  The Senior System Analyst will review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user’s needs, business program functions, and steps required to determine best technical configuration of system changes and/or improvements.  This position makes decisions that can affect the overall outcome of the business or the company, in conjunction with Leads and IT management.

• Partner with Product Owner to advise on delivery timelines and level of effort.  
• Develop positive working relationships between the business functional departments and the IT organization. 
• Gather business requirements and opportunities driving business improvements and value. 
• Design and document system design and integration with other processes and systems.

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor's degree with preference in Computer Science Engineering or similar degree. 
• Minimum 8 years in a dynamic business environment conducting analysis, requirements definition, problem solving and driving integration system design.  Preferably some experience with a products and services reseller.  
• Prefer knowledge in Docusign or Contract Lifecycle Management 
• The Senior System Analyst should have knowledge of multiple business areas, concepts of process engineering and re-engineering, and also be familiar with database concepts, and client server concepts.
