Location: This is a hybrid opportunity in our Arizona HQ office.

Compensation: The hiring team considers several factors when determining compensation. As the Talent Acquisition team reviews your application and if they decide to move forward in the selection process, they will assess your experience, grade level, and budget for the role in consultation with HR to ensure alignment in compensation.

About the role 

As a Targus Partner Specialist, you will be responsible for achieving gross profit goals for designated manufacturer within given territory for Insight. We will count on you to recommend optimal configurations for the customer’s environment, and possess the ability to present technical solutions that solve the customer's business problems. Along the way, you will get to:

  • Conduct selling activities to achieve overall GP goals
  • Work open quote list with the appropriate sales associate and provide assistance in closing specific business opportunities
  • Provide updated sales pipeline on regular basis to include quote tracking, order tracking, close ratio, number of calls, open opportunities, etc.
  • Provide answers to pre-sales technical questions for Insight sales executives and customers on defined category

What we’re looking for

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university preferred;
  • 3 years related sales experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Targus or channel sales experience highly preferred
