Cisco Contact Center and Collaboration Presales Solutions Architect

As an Enterprise Solutions Architect you will work with the Insight Client Executive (CE) & Solution Executive (SE) to manage and grow Contact Center sales opportunities within an assigned region and/or named accounts. What you will do at Insight:

 

  • The Enterprise Solutions Architect will focus on achieving sales and profit goals through verbal and written interaction with the clients, onsite visits, account planning, workshops, partner teaming and account team engagement, as well as solution development and implementation.
  • This position leverages personal technical knowledge as well as available internal/external organizational resources to develop and propose Modern Workplace solutions to clients.
  • Serve as an expert technical resource for the CE/SE and Sales Specialist overlays for Customer Call Center/Contact Center solutions. This will include, but is not limited to, the following: Cisco Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE), Cisco Webex Contact Center (WxCC), Cisco Contact Center Express (UCCX), Finesse, third-party contact center related solutions such as AQM, recording, automation and AI, and CPaaS. Knowledge of other cloud contact center solutions such as Five9, Nice inContact and Genesys are also useful.
  • The ideal candidate will understand the business aspects of contact centers in addition to the consulting and planning aspects of a new contact center solutions.
  • The ideal candidate will demonstrate an ability to add value to an Insight team focused on assisting clients as they Manage and Transform their IT environment.
  • Additional skill sets that would be useful for this position are a knowledge of the entire Cisco Collaboration solution including Cisco Unified Communications Manager (UCM) on prem and UCM Cloud as well as the Webex Suite of applications including Webex Calling, Webex App and Webex Meetings.

 

What you will need to join Insight:

  • 10-15 years of relevant industry experience in an enterprise environment
  • Experience working in a consulting and managed services environment.
  • Must be able to accommodate a flexible travel schedule and attend meetings/client visits within the assigned geographic territory and other locations as assigned.
  • Collaboration and Contact Center Certifications are desirable.
