Insight Public Sector is looking for a Client Solutions Director to be a driving force in establishing our full portfolio solution delivery while driving sales in six key areas. With your keen sales skills and technical expertise, you'll partner with our delivery team to increase revenue and uncover new opportunities for clients. As a trusted advisor, you'll leverage your industry and technical knowledge to build relationships and identify new solution sales opportunities. Key responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and close solution sales opportunities.
  • Increase revenue by expanding clients' purchasing into new solutions categories.
  • Drive business development and pre-sales initiatives.
  • Achieve sales and profit goals through vendor partner teaming, onsite client engagements, and implementation support.
  • Research the Total Addressable Market (TAM) of Insight's clients and develop strategies that position Insight to capture significant IT spend.
  • Develop and maintain a valid solutions pipeline that includes Insight's offerings at each assigned client location.

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • MBA or Master's Degree and 8-10+ years of technical sales experience
  • Public Sector (State, Local, and Education) solution sales experience
  • Certifications in sales and partner management, complex sales training, and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to present oneself to customer CXO leadership as a visionary change agent
