Position Overview

 

The Services Operations Specialist Project Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of the service delivery cycle, including but not limited to, order entry, queue monitoring, asset tracking, reporting, assisting with RFP (Request for Proposal) production, shipping, receiving, and/or other warehouse & administrative tasks as required. Enter orders in a timely manner for the shipping, retrieval, and exchange of technology devices for specific accounts, while adhering to the clients Service Level Agreements (SLA). Investigate and resolve receiving discrepancies, proactively managing receipt dates, working with distribution employees to resolve issues regarding lost and damaged product.

 

Become an expert of information regarding specific products, programs, and initiatives of assigned vendors and product categories.

Clear communication skills are required to deliver client facing messages verbally and in writing, and the ability to respond effectively to inquiries or complaints in a timely fashion.

Work with vendors in acquiring Return Merchandise Authorization (RMAs) for damaged, unused product. Manage all aspects of assigned vendors, back-orders, and estimated time of arrivals (ETA), as well as the handling and tracking of warranty claims.

 

Work with internal personnel on problems relating to parts ordering information. Responsible for maintaining accurate costing, classification, status of assigned products, and identify billing and inventory discrepancies, and report appropriately. Work with finance to resolve any vendor issues, as necessary. Manage team email inbox, ensuring emails are addressed throughout the day. Answer questions internal & external re: processes, procedures, inbound/outbound shipments.

Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, and Excellent organizational skills Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail. Ability to work in a team and ability to work independently, strong time management skills and ability to self-prioritize work responsibilities Other duties as assigned.

 

What you’ll need to join Insight

 

. High School degree or GED equivalent required.

· At least 2-5 years of order entry, distribution, receiving, or administrative experience.

· Telecommunications, experience is a plus.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office including Teams, Word, Excel, and Outlook
