Consultant - Connected Workforce Solutions

The Consultant – Connected Workforce Solutions resides within the Service Design & Delivery area of the EMEA Services function and, specifically, within the Consultancy team. The Consultant – Connected Workforce Solutions is responsible for designing, installing, and configuring state-of -the-art IT solutions using cloud technologies, with a focus on the modern workplace.

 

The consultant works in close partnership with clients, advising them on how best to use innovative information technology solutions to accelerate core business opportunities, and optimise IT utilising innovative M365 and cloud offerings such as 0365, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and Power Applications, in order to achieve business objectives, overcome issues, and improve the structure and efficiency of existing IT systems.

 

 

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

 

  • Educated to degree level or can demonstrate equivalent work experience
  • Hands-on experience working with cloud: Example: Sharepoint, Office365, PowerApps, Powershell,
  • High level of written and spoken English & Dutch
  • Has experience delivering successful projects with clients who demand the highest standards
  • Has experience of developing accurate and concise project documentation that will be used by colleagues and clients
  • Exhibits a strong communication/ presentation style with the maturity to be able to adjust their style to get the best from the situation
  • Demonstrates a flexible approach to working
  • A strong interest and skills in cloud centric IT solutions with a keen desire to advance customer operations to drive innovation and efficiency
  • MCSA Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate MCITP Microsoft Certified IT Professional

 

 

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Own the delivery of IT related projects to clients, accountable for ensuring defined service revenue and utilisation targets are met, and the delivery of anticipated client outcome.
  • Responsible for the customisation and configuration of client services offerings.
  • Design, build and configure solutions to address client needs and business drivers, ensuring they meet or exceed expectations.
  • To prepare and present client demonstrations and provide training on this matter.
  • Participate in knowledge sharing activities as required, supporting a culture of sharing and learning.
