Product Strategist -- Digital Enablement

This individual engages with clients to tackle large scale corporate business objectives and programs that are aligned to transformational technology solutions by leveraging domain expertise, experience, while maintaining best practices. Working with client leadership you will take broadly understood challenges from concept to practical solutions leveraging inclusive design principles This individual will work with our customer’s business units, leadership and client-facing stakeholders, and partners to clearly articulate key strategic opportunities.

We are looking for someone to actively engage with clients and internal teams to facilitate discovery sessions to distill needs and work with internal teams to translate vision into transformation timelines for successful implementation and sustained support.  The Strategist will have experience engaging with clients in requirements discovery, definition, and management.  They will both support ongoing projects as well as new business.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Facilitate discovery and research workshops to determine and prioritize stakeholder personas, business needs and areas of opportunity
  • Leverage industry standard toolset to analyze historical information, test hypotheses and present recommendations that impact and align to their business  
  • Collaborate with clients to translate business goals into strategic workstreams
  • Work with Product Managers and Business Analysts to ensure requirements correctly align to larger strategic initiatives
  • Work with the PMO (Project Management Organization) and Business Analyst to plan the program and develop effective monitoring
  • Have domain expertise in a specific area of digital transformation while maintaining a distinct point of view on new creative technologies, industry trends and data
  • Engage with multiple clients and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams incorporating all areas of our business
  • Contribute to the practice development by participating in industry events, blogging on topics of interest, and holding internal lunch-n-learns

Qualifications

  • 5-7+ years’ experience leading strategic business programs, product development, in-house or in an agency, consultancy, or other professional setting
  • Domain expertise in a specific area of digital transformation with the ability to understand broad implications of technology objectives as they relate to a customer’s environment(s).e
  • Experience leading requirements discovery, definition, and analysis in an agency, consultancy, or other professional setting
  • Deep experience conducting brainstorming workshops, value stream analysis, strategic market-tested exercises, persona development, pain point documentation and use case prioritization
