Job description



The RTO (Return to office) tech will be tasked with troubleshooting end users who return to office onsite. 


The role will start off as a remote role doing tech support.   Tech will be trained for the preparation of RTO.


The tech should have solid technical knowledge of Windows OS, PowerShell, Command Line, as well as possess problem solving skills.


Excellent communication skills are required. They will be interacting with end users daily.


Must be able to work productively on their own as well as with a team.


Proven background with PC/Mac. (Don’t have to be a Mac expert, just know their way around a Mac)


Good written and oral speaking skills.

This will be a 6-9month role, with the opportunity to be renewed based on performance.

High performers would be placed in other Cap1 support roles/special projects.







High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certifications (i.e. A+, Security +, Network +)


At least 2 years of proven experience troubleshooting software/hardware related issues.


Must love helping people.
