Field Service Technician

  • Performs on-site technical support and maintenance tasks for data center and IT infrastructure.
  • Providing remote and onsite support for end-users.
  • Performing regular maintenance and update tasks such as hardware upgrades, patching, backups.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving network connectivity issues.
  • Assisting with the installation and configuration of various hardware and software components.
  • Conducting preventive maintenance on the equipment
  • Collaborating with technology teams and third-party vendors to resolve problems and maintain the infrastructure.
