What to Expect
The Canadian HR Coordinator at Insight is responsible for the administration of the Canadian value awards program, communication of quarterly Canadian HR updates, updating documentation on the Canadian HR Inside.Insight page, and providing support to HR projects and initiatives. This role also involves offering administrative assistance to the Canadian HRBP team, coordinating French classes and OQLF support, managing Canadian all-hands reporting, and conducting teammate exit interviews and stay interviews.
As a Human Resources Coordinator Intern you’ll get to:
- Administer the Canadian value awards program, ensuring smooth execution and recognition of outstanding contributions.
- Communicate quarterly Canadian HR updates to keep teammates informed about HR initiatives and updates.
- Update documentation on the Canadian HR Inside.Insight page to provide access to relevant HR resources and information.
- Support HR projects, initiatives, and special programs such as the TPS process to contribute to the overall HR strategy.

What you will need to succeed:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, business, communication, or related field of study.
- Must be bilingual – English/French
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
