Services Technician

Requisition Number: 96641 

We are wanting:

Experience using Outlook, Excel, Word

Experience with a trouble ticket system, such as Service Now

 Required:

Valid class 5 with A clean drivers abstract (5 year)

The ability to lift 50lbs

Ability to read and interpret instructions including a service manual

 The job:

Admin support in the office

Creating and closing service tickets

Scheduling work when required

Maintaining part inventory

Receiving parts/Returning used parts

Toner/part deliveries as required

Installation of printer maintenance parts on site

Other duties as required
