This role is a fantastic opportunity to build on your existing networking knowledge and soft skills while contributing to a critical part of our client's IT infrastructure. At Insight, we are committed to investing in our people—when you bring your hunger, heart, and harmony, your potential will be met with continuous opportunities to grow, earn promotions, and elevate your career.

About the Role

You will be responsible for the hands-on installation, configuration, and maintenance of networking equipment. Your work will directly impact our client's operational efficiency by ensuring their network is reliable and secure. You'll handle tasks such as:

What We're Looking For

  • A minimum of two years of experience in a networking role or equivalent experience. A CCNA certification or equivalent experience is highly preferred.

  • You should have a solid understanding of how to gather essential information from Cisco equipment (e.g., IP addresses, subnet masks, IOS versions). You must be able to apply basic configurations to bring equipment online for remote teams to perform advanced setup.

  • This role requires excellent soft skills. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a "can-do" attitude, who can follow directions and get things done efficiently. You will need to communicate clearly and professionally with both internal teams and the client to ensure seamless project execution.
