Right now, we are looking for a Cloud Engineer to work in our Core Engineering Division of the Engineering Centre of Excellence.

You will be responsible for the implementation (build) of technology projects, migrations to cloud services and transition of completed works to the Customer Operations team for ongoing maintenance.

 

You will take part in a Site Reliability Engineering rotation twice per year in which they use their expertise to identify synergies and optimisations across the Managed Services function.

As a Cloud Engineer your Responsibilities are:

  • Continual development of best practices around Microsoft stack and End User Compute.
  • Configuration and implementation of M365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, Intune/Endpoint Manger.
  • Migrations from on premise to cloud platforms.
  • Tenant to tenant migrations.
  • Provide proactive technical support to clients, taking ownership for the resolution of technical issues.
  • Continual development of best practices around Microsoft stack and End User Compute.
  • Configuration and implementation of M365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, Intune/Endpoint Manger.
  • Migrations from on premise to cloud platforms.
  • Tenant to tenant migrations.
  • Provide proactive technical support to clients, taking ownership for the resolution of technical issues.

 

Experience and Skills:

  • Experience implementing Modern Workplace projects in an enterprise environment.
  • Microsoft 365 stack implementation experience.
  • Good working knowledge of core public cloud infrastructure components.
  • Experience creating and managing Intune / Endpoint Manager configurations.
  • Experience managing Azure AD.
  • Solid understanding of administering all core Microsoft 365 services.
