Executive Account Manager (Barcelona)

Are you a person who creates and implements outside-the-box activities to attract and generate new business who would like to work full-time as an Executive Account Manager in our Sales team? You will work in a pleasant and successful team of professional account managers, within a dynamic and international working environment.

 

You will be working in a sales role, being responsible for building a new portfolio of prospect accounts (cross verticals) and maintaining current accounts. Your goal is to manage and transform businesses, embedding Insight within its clients as the preferred partner of choice through early engagement and maximization of revenue and profit opportunities. 

 

Your role

  • Take ownership of actively hunting new business opportunities, selling SW Licensing and services.
  • Create and implement outside of the box activities to attract and generate new business
  • Manage a strategic business relationship across your clients’ accounts, engaging with them through face-to-face activities and demonstrations to position Insight as a partner of choice.
  • Develop and maintain an annual business plan to drive new business opportunities and recurring revenue streams, based on a deep understanding of Insight’s key clients’ needs and objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell Insight Services and Solutions, to generate additional revenues and provide added value to the client.
  • Build and maintain accurate weekly reporting of pipeline, forecast, and activities
  • Promote new ideas and solutions to Insight’s clients, proactively engaging with cross-functional internal stakeholders to help support and manage client’s needs
  • Conduct frequent strategic reviews of progress against client account plans, proactively putting in place corrective activity for plans that are off track.
  • Own the procurement and tender/bid engagement across your client.

 

Your profile

  • Proven experience selling SW Licensing and Cloud services
  • Hunting experience. Proven results track record of generating new business
  • Ability to prospect and manage senior-level relationships (C-level) within the target clients.
  • Able to win client confidence and team player
  • Deliver client demonstrations
  • Knowledge of modern business processes and trends of leading-edge IT solutions
  • High level of written and spoken English and Catalán.
