Associate Tech 
 

Location: This role is fully onsite at our Fort Worth, TX facility.

Shift: 2nd shift (2pm - 10:30pm) 

Pay: $20.90/hr W2

Now is the time to bring your expertise to a Apprentice Tech role for a Fortune 500 Solutions Integrator where success and fulfillment go hand in hand. You will be at the forefront of helping businesses transform their cloud, data, AI, cybersecurity, and analytics to ensure they are future-ready.

As an Apprentice Tech with Insight, you will complete lab orders assigned within the normal shift schedule. We will count on you to understand and comply with all InsightfISO Policies and Procedures. Along the way, you will Follow and sign off on work instructions once work effort is complet and submit signed work instructions to their manager. Each person is accountable for meeting and\or exceeding individual team goals.

As an Apprentice Tech you will get to:

• Verify/Count all parts and QTYs listed on each pick list order before placing on the bench. 
• Continuously check ERP system to systematically unpack the order.   
• Follow work instructions to completion. 
• Notify their manager immediately of any non-conforming product and\or discrepancies in work instructions.

We are looking for an Apprentice Tech with:

• High School Education or equivalent. 

• The ability to work in a high-volume production environment 

• Must have the ability to multitask with strong organization and time management skills 

• Must be able to respond effectively to inquiries or complaints within a timely fashion 

• A basic understanding of computer operating systems. 

• Must possess good problem-solving skills 

• Knowledge SAP preferred 

• Ability to adhere to tight (SLA) Service Level Agreements. 

• Willingness to learn on the go.
