Configuration Services Technician

IT Service Technician- Fort Worth 

Key Responsibilities:

• Image, load applications, and asset tag laptops, desktops, servers, printers, and monitors.
• Work within an IT configuration lab environment, ensuring all equipment is prepared to company standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with lab environment requirements.

Required Skills:

• CompTIA A+ Certification: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues on a variety of devices.
• Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT): Proficient in deploying operating systems and applications, as well as capturing system images.
• Microsoft Intune: Skilled in managing devices and applications through Intune, ensuring security and compliance with company policies.

Additional Requirements:

• Familiarity with standard lab environment protocols and safety measures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and objectives.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 P- Onsite
