Are you a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for compliance? Our company is seeking a Global Compliance Specialist to join our team. As a Global Compliance Specialist, you will report to the Global Compliance Manager and be responsible for implementing projects and delivering content for compliance education. You will also be responsible for managing GCO Training and Education efforts globally, including creating content, developing metrics, and other data on compliance efforts. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to present and interact at various levels across the company.

Key Responsibilities

Strong project management and communication skills
Ability to present and interact at various levels across the company
Strong understanding of compliance risks in the technology industry
Excellent writing skills, including writing technical compliance documents and content for policies and training
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, and other employees
Ability to develop collaborative partnerships and communicate the strategic value proposition of Global Compliance
Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Strong communications (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
Ability to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints
CCEP preferred

Requirements:

2-5 years of experience in compliance, law, risk management or related fields
Bachelor's degree in any field
Understanding and experience implementing elements of a Corporate Compliance program
Experience managing curriculum development methods and tools in a team environment; includes experience with learning management systems
Subject matter expert and subject-matter expert content writer for Global Compliance communications, training, and awareness initiatives
Strong writing skills
Ability to develop an inclusive, high-performance culture in which all team members can reach their full potential while in pursuit of organizational objectives
Ability to lead GCO's effort to ensure that Global Compliance records are maintained and archived, including relating to work in support of Internal audit and other stakeholders
Ability to provide partners and stakeholders support and development in the areas of Compliance Inquiries, Questionnaires, and Surveys.

The base salary range for this position is typically $56,000 to $71,000 with additional bonus and benefits available. However, compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, including experience and location, and we will also consider candidates outside of this range as necessary.
